You’re an experienced growth marketer with 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience. You have built growth marketing teams from scratch before, and enjoy setting some of the first processes, including (but not limited to): building or rebuilding lead or account-based scoring models, defining and optimising the lead funnel and critical conversion points, measuring channel performance, and building out nurturing programs.
You’re both a strategic thinker, and an on-the-fly problem solver, not getting bogged down with details and keeping the big-picture in mind. You love leading scrappy teams and set a standard for experimentation, shipping early and failing fast, and supporting the ongoing skill development necessary in a modern marketing.
You will lead our Growth Marketing team at KNIME, collaborating closely with our awareness, product marketing and events team within the Marketing department, as well as cross-functionally with customer care and product teams. Here’s what the job will entail:
Design and execute scalable marketing strategies to grow user adoption of all three products
(KNIME Analytics Platform, KNIME Community Hub, KNIME Business Hub)
Help develop and optimize the self-serve user journey from individual to team
Help lead the transition from SLG to PLG at KNIME, designing a process for delivering PQLs and refining our account-based scoring model
Continuously improve understanding of user segments (e.g., data scientists, business
analysts, teams in specific industries)
Launch lifecycle, onboarding, re-engagement, and upgrade campaigns using email, in-app
messaging, and other channels
Leverage the KNIME Community and Community Hub as a growth lever
Keep up with competitors’ GTM motions, pricing, packaging, and feature releases
Define, help instrument and track key metrics across the funnel
Own setup and maintenance of core marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, RingCentral, etc.).
Lead a team of growth marketers, ops specialists, and a paid ads specialist
Provide user insights and feedback loops to the product team
Foster a culture of moving fast, experimentation, and continuous learning
