Join us as a SaaS Operations Director in Berlin or Konstanz - hybrid* and help us deliver reliable, secure, and scalable SaaS experiences through operational excellence and strong release discipline.

Who you are

Operations leader: You bring deep experience running SaaS operations, ensuring uptime, reliability, and strong customer SLAs.

DevSecOps expert: You understand CI/CD systems end-to-end, including runtime reliability, policy-as-code, and secure pipeline design.

Incident commander: You’re confident leading high-severity incidents, coordinating response, and communicating clearly with stakeholders and customers.

Process-driven: You build repeatable, auditable processes for releases, on-call, and operational workflows.

Vendor manager: You have experience managing external partners and holding them accountable to clear SLAs and KPIs.

Team builder: You’ve grown and led teams across CloudOps, DevSecOps, and release engineering functions.

That's the job

Own operations: Take full responsibility for customer-facing SaaS operations, including SLAs, runbooks, and incident management for critical issues.

Drive DevSecOps: Ensure high availability and reliability of CI/CD pipelines, enforce policy-as-code, and maintain secure, scalable delivery workflows.

Lead releases: Own packaging and release engineering across SaaS and on-prem components, including orchestration, validation, and rollback strategies.

Manage vendors: Oversee subcontracted operations partners, ensuring performance against contractual KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Build capabilities: Establish and scale CloudOps, DevSecOps, Release Engineering, and QA practices, including on-call structures and readiness.

Ensure compliance: Maintain SOC2/ISO readiness for operational controls and ensure audit evidence is complete and reliable.

Coordinate delivery: Work closely with Platform Engineering and product teams to define release gates and ensure safe, repeatable deployments.

Improve reliability: Reduce MTTR, increase release success rates, and ensure consistent pipeline and service availability.
