Mission

Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs that drive pipeline - translating strategic priorities into clear, executable plans in a hybrid PLG and sales-led environment.

Role Overview

As Integrated Marketing Manager for ABM and PLG, you will own full-funnel, multi-channel campaign planning and execution across both account-based and product-led growth motions. You'll design and scale ABM and PLG programs from the ground up, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Ops, while partnering with the NA-based Integrated Marketer to build globally scalable frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-funnel, multi-channel campaign planning and execution from prioritization and timelines to delivery and optimization
  • Design and implement targeted ABM, PLG, and vertical marketing strategies that engage priority accounts and drive pipeline growth
  • Partner with Sales to identify and tier accounts, define segments, support enablement, and ensure smooth lead and account handoffs
  • Act as central coordination point across marketing teams covering paid, email, events, web, and personalized content
  • Track engagement, influenced pipeline, and deal velocity to continuously improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the NA-based Integrated Marketer to establish repeatable frameworks and scalable processes supporting sustained global expansion

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM, ideally in SaaS or data-related industries
  • Strong understanding of ABM and PLG principles, digital channels, and full-funnel campaign design
  • Ability to translate CRM data, voice of customer, win/loss analyses, and market research into compelling campaigns
  • Proven experience collaborating with sales leaders and global marketing teams to align around shared revenue goals
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and execution with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools
  • Nice to have: experience with platforms like 6sense or Demandbase
