Join us as a Working Student Finance in Konstanz* and support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks while gaining hands-on experience across accounting and controlling processes.
Who you are
Studies: You’re currently enrolled in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field and interested in practical finance work in an international company.
Structured and reliable: You work carefully, keep an eye on details, and follow up on open items.
Process-oriented: You’re curious about how financial processes work end-to-end and why they exist.
Communicative: You’re comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders and reminding others when needed.
Eager to learn: You’re motivated to grow your understanding of accounting and controlling topics over time.
That's the job
Accounting support: Review and process employee expenses, credit card transactions, and invoices.
Follow-ups & coordination: Track missing documents, send reminders, and support approval workflows.
Reconciliations & checks: Support basic reconciliation tasks and ensure data consistency.
Reporting support: Download, prepare, and organize financial reports for internal use.
Controlling exposure: Gradually take over recurring controlling tasks and support data transfers and checks between systems.
