Who you are
Quality leader: You lead and coach engineers, prioritize quality risks, and clearly communicate trade-offs to product and engineering stakeholders.
End-to-end owner: You take ownership of product quality and turn ambiguous requirements into reliable verification strategies.
Modern QA mindset: You’re motivated to modernize testing, reduce flakiness, establish strong release gates, and support fast but safe continuous delivery.
Platform-aware: You understand the challenges of both SaaS/multi-tenant platforms and on-premises installations and design QA practices for each.
Hands-on technologist: You bring strong experience in test automation (web, API, backend), CI/CD integration, and performance and scalability testing.
Technical mentor: You write and review test code (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript), understand cloud and container environments, and help junior engineers grow.
Tool-flexible: You’re comfortable working with—or learning—tools like Robot Framework, k6, or Testpad.
Experienced: You have 7+ years in QA, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
That's the job
Define QA strategy: Act as the senior quality technologist and people leader, defining and driving an end-to-end QA strategy across the tech stack.
Automation & CI/CD ownership: Own the automation architecture and work with DevOps and CloudOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Release confidence: Lead a team that delivers traceable, reliable release evidence for both SaaS and on-premises deployments.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, DevSecOps, and CloudOps to embed testing early and increase release confidence.
Team growth: Strengthen QA capabilities through mentoring, hiring, and continuous improvement.
