Right now, we are looking for an Account Manager - German-speaking (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin or Konstanz.*
Who you are
You are a revenue-focused professional who puts the customer at the centre of your work. You have a strong ability to identify opportunities and see them through, while also knowing when to step back. You are persistent without being pushy, credible yet empathetic.In your experience you bring a proven track record from a software or technology company and you rely on data to inform where and how to invest time and resources.
You are fluent in both English and German, and motivated by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You work strategically with customers to help solve problems and deliver value while driving revenue growth.
That's the job
This role will focus on identifying opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers, in alignment with KNIME’s core values. While you are the primary contact for a set of named accounts, you will also collaborate closely with Solution Engineers and other team members. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, supporting software evaluations and demonstrations, and managing contract negotiations—all with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
