You have several years of experience in customer success or professional services roles, preferably within large organizations.
You should be an effective communicator (fluent in both English and German), with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while remaining detail-oriented and analytical.
A track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering adoption, and driving expansion is essential.
Familiarity with enterprise or cloud software and previous experience running customer workshops are strongly preferred.
Flexibility to travel up to 50% will be required to meet customer and business needs.
In this role, you’ll manage and deepen client relationships, driving product adoption and ensuring both customer retention and renewal.
You will work closely with customers to develop tailored Customer Success Plans, defining goals and tracking their achievements.
You’ll conduct regular reviews of these plans, presenting progress and updates to both customers and KNIME’s internal teams.
By positioning yourself as a trusted advisor, you will help customers continually see the value of KNIME, identifying opportunities for expanding product usage.
Additionally, you’ll collaborate across departments to address customer needs, assist in workshops, and ensure clients are informed on new products and features.
