Right now, we are looking for a Team Lead Enterprise Support to join our team at KNIME in Berlin or Konstanz.*
Who you are
You have a passion for customer support and use this to drive your team. You have gained experience with enterprise support and how to organize and structure a professional support team. You are well organized to oversee all support requests and your technical knowledge enables you to jump on tickets as well if needed. Most importantly, you always stay up to date on new technologies. Ideally, you have experience with Kubernetes and maybe have even supported a Kubernetes-based product in the past. You have already worked with a ticketing system, and are comfortable administering it. Excellent English skills - both written and verbal - are an absolute must. Knowledge of any of the following is a big plus: LDAP, Active Directory, OIDC, SAML, Docker, Kubernetes, HDFS, Hadoop, and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google).
That's the job
Your experience will help us scale our customer support team.  You will be responsible for our worldwide customer support team, which currently provides support out of Austin, Texas, Hungary, and Germany. Our support team covers all inbound support requests around KNIME Software. As we are expecting further growth, part of the job is to continually improve our support processes. You will work closely together with our Customer Care team, to make sure that the quality of our support is kept at a high level while scaling the team and the processes to cover the growing number of customers. Our engineering and product team will also receive regular feedback from you, consolidated from the support experience.
