Your responsibilities encompass various facets, including the revamp and streamlining of our partner accreditation program. This initiative involves refining certification criteria and implementing a client feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement for partners and the end customers. You'll collaborate with partners to develop and track regional business plans, ensuring alignment and goal attainment. Together, you'll seize market opportunities to build out our services program and offerings.
A key aspect of your role involves fostering KNIME's internal communication between marketing, product development, and others. By facilitating communication and aligning priorities, you'll ensure that our partners' needs are effectively heard and addressed. In addition, you'll work closely with the overall PS Strategy owner within KNIME to ensure alignment with the North American region and the plan. A part of your role is to annually assess partners in program offerings, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback.
